Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions laid forth immediately here are non-negotiable
at any time. They are as follows:
1. A minimum of 5 goals from the blue list must be completed by each party as well as all 5 of the tasks laid forth on the red list. Whether seperately or through a joint effort, these 10 goals must be completed entirely before either parties respective 31st birthday.
2. Goals added to the list following the signing of this document will be considered invalid and will not be counted for credit if completed.
3. Each goal must be witnessed, documented, or recorded by some third party. In the instance that a goal is achieved individually, the other contracting party may act as a third party.
4.. Goals from the red list must be accompanied by a minimum of 4 sub-goals, all of which are to be decided on before embarking on their respective red list goal.
In the event that a term is not properly met, consequences will be agreeably enforced. They are as follows:

1. In the event that a goal is only partially achieved, no credit–not even partial credit–will be given. The goal’s completion, however, may be attempted any number of times and still be guaranteed credit after completion.
2. In the event that any party fails to complete a minimum of 10 goals before the defined
deadline, that party will comply with the following consequences:
-the party will immediately quit (his) job.
-the party will then pick a task from the black list, and–with no regrets–embark
on that task. Following the completion of such a task, the party may then be
considered unbound by this contract.
